Senior UI/UX designer

We are looking for:

• A UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing websites, web platforms, and complex digital interfaces.
• A specialist with a strong portfolio of commercial web projects, including corporate websites, landing pages, dashboards, SaaS platforms, internal tools, or other web applications.
• A designer who can create user-friendly, visually strong, and scalable web interfaces — from UX flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and design systems.
• A professional who follows design trends, constantly looks for new approaches and design solutions, and is eager to keep learning and improving.

Responsibilities:

• Design and further develop corporate websites, product websites, landing pages, and web platform interfaces.
• Create UX flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web products and complex interfaces.
• Conduct UX audits and propose improvements for existing websites and web interfaces.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation, smooth handoff, and consistent user experience.
• Maintain and develop UI components, design systems, and reusable design patterns in Figma.
• Work with Brand Guidelines / Brand Books and integrate branding into UI/UX design across websites and web products.
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital products, ensuring clean, modern, and scalable design solutions.
• Design presentations, sales decks, partnership pitches, and reports when needed, while keeping a consistent visual identity.

Requirements:

• Portfolio with relevant examples of:

  -commercial websites;

  -complex web interfaces / web applications;

  -dashboards, SaaS products, platforms, or internal tools;

  -presentations / slide decks.

• Strong experience in UI/UX design, including UX flows, wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of modern web design trends, usability principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and responsive web design.
• Solid skills in 2D tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (basic 3D knowledge, e.g., Blender, is a plus).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make design decisions based on user experience, business goals, and feedback.
• Attention to detail, consistency, and ability to create clean, modern, and scalable interfaces.

• Experience in esports, gaming, media, SaaS, or tech products would be a plus.
