Oxigen is a boutique AI-native headhunting agency working with AI startups, Web3/crypto companies, fintech scale-ups, and gaming studios across MENA, Eastern Europe, APAC, and the US. We're small, fast, and built around AI-assisted search โ not spray-and-pray recruiting.
We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to build and manage candidate pipelines for our active searches. You'll work directly with our recruiting lead, turning role briefs into shortlists of strong, relevant candidates.
What you'll do
- Build sourcing strategies for executive and specialist roles across tech, product, and go-to-market functions
- Identify and map candidates on LinkedIn and other channels
- Write personalized outreach that gets replies
- Keep pipelines organized and up to date in Notion
- Screen inbound interest and flag qualified candidates
- Track market intel โ comp benchmarks, competitor moves, talent pools
What we're looking for
- 1โ3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, agency or in-house
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray search)
- Sharp written English โ you can write outreach that doesn't sound like a template
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-moving briefs
- Bonus: experience recruiting for Web3, fintech, or gaming
