Marketing Team Lead (Growth and Demand Generation)

This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation, strengthening market positioning, scaling acquisition channels, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
We are not looking for someone to manage marketing activities. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of growth objectives, identifies obstacles, drives execution, and ensures business goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and driving the company's lead generation and general marketing strategy;
- Delivering consistent quarter-over-quarter growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL);
- Building, optimizing, and scaling acquisition channels;
- Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency;
- Identifying and launching new growth opportunities, analyzing competitors, customer needs;
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's services, capabilities, strengths, target industries, and competitive advantages;
- Gathering and monitoring analytics, developing strategies to improve the effectiveness of marketing directions;
- Managing a marketing team of up to 7 people, allocating tasks and assessing the teamβs performance;
- Working closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing within IT, SaaS, software development, or technology companies;
- Proven track record of increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and building predictable lead generation processes.
- Strong understanding and experience in B2B customer acquisition strategies across inbound and outbound marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple acquisition channels, including freelance channels, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, partnerships, webinars, and events.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing performance;
- Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Power BI, or similar);
- Ability to define, monitor, and improve key marketing metrics, including MQL, SQL, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI/ROMI.
- Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.
