Responsibilities

 

Technical Art & Animation

  • Create and optimize 2D and 3D assets for playable ads.
  • Work with Blender, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Use Blender for:
    • Model editing and cleanup
    • Asset optimization
    • Materials, lighting, scaling, and pivot setup
    • Exporting game-ready assets, including GLB files and textures
  • Animate UI elements, gameplay feedback, VFX, and characters.
  • Integrate visual assets into HTML5 playable ad pipelines.
  • Maintain high visual quality while ensuring excellent mobile performance.

Gameplay & Creative Development

  • Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to rapidly create games, gameplay systems, animations, assets, and interactive experiences.
  • Write, modify, and debug JavaScript and TypeScript code to:
    • Control gameplay behavior
    • Fine-tune timing, pacing, and player feedback
    • Connect visuals with interaction logic
    • Deliver polished game feel, responsiveness, and satisfying player experiences
  • Work with AI coding assistants and emerging creative development tools.
  • Contribute to rapid prototyping and AI-assisted game development workflows.
  • Explore and adopt new AI technologies for game creation, animation, and interactive content development.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Art, Game Art, Playables, or Interactive Design.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blender for creating game-ready 3D assets.
  • 2+ years of experience developing interactive HTML5 playable ads using web-based game frameworks.
  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proficiency with:
    • HTML5
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • Node.js
    • Pixi.js
    • Three.js
    • GitHub (required)
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, game feel, player feedback, and gameplay polish.
  • Experience creating mobile game animations, UI animations, VFX, and gameplay feedback systems.
  • Experience using AI tools, agentic workflows, and AI coding assistants.
  • Solid understanding of mobile optimization and performance constraints for lightweight playable ads.

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Experience with GLSL or custom shader development.
  • Passion for experimenting with emerging AI technologies and pushing creative boundaries in game development.
