Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment for the Canadian market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, communicates confidently in English, and is excited to build a career in an international company. You’ll manage the recruitment process independently while receiving guidance and support from the team whenever needed.

What You’ll Do

• Manage recruitment for assigned positions.
• Create and publish job postings on various hiring platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews in English.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Keep candidate records organized and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or administration is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
