PPC Specialist - Campaign Manager (Performance Marketing)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PPC performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in the eCommerce vertical, managing accounts with a minimum monthly ad spend of $200K.
  • Knowledge and practical experience working with AI tools, including Claude.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Experience building and presenting client-facing presentations and performance reports.
  • Experience working with clients in the US market.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute paid media activities across 4-5 client accounts.
  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare client presentations, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with the PPC Team Leader, who will define the overall strategy and direction for each account.
  • Execute the agreed strategy, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and account management teams to maximize performance across all channels.

 

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the PPC Team Leader. The Team Leader will own the strategic direction of the accounts, while the Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance management of the campaigns.
