Senior Data Analyst
We're hiring a Data Analyst to join a fast-growing UK-based PropTech startup transforming the residential lettings and property management industry.
The company combines modern SaaS technology with AI-driven automation to streamline property operations, tenant management, payments, maintenance, and internal workflows. As the business scales through acquisitions, the platform plays a key role in standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and delivering a better experience for landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams, turning complex business data into actionable insights that influence product decisions and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Define, measure, and monitor KPIs across product and business operations.
- Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics for different stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate feature performance and support data-driven decision making.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
- Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical processes.
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills (required).
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate business insights clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with product analytics.
- Experience in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or other high-growth technology companies.
- Familiarity with experimentation, KPI design, and data-driven product development.
