We are building a unified AI infrastructure where businesses can connect, manage, and control multiple AI providers—including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and others—through a single platform, without integrating with each provider separately.
Beyond providing a single entry point to AI models, Navis enables organizations to monitor AI spending, analyze model usage, optimize costs through intelligent recommendations, and centrally manage their AI infrastructure. Our vision is to become the operational layer for enterprise AI adoption.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager who can transform ideas into structured execution.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply updates task statuses. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building systems, creating efficient processes, and acting as the bridge between business, product, and engineering.
What you’ll do
- Organize and coordinate the work of the engineering team.
- Manage the product roadmap and ensure delivery of business priorities.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, CTO, designers, and developers.
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and project execution.
- Ensure every task supports the overall product strategy.
- Create and maintain clear documentation and a structured knowledge base.
- Help design and improve internal operational processes from the ground up.
Drive operational excellence across the company using modern collaboration tools.

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Experience creating clear documentation and structured processes.
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in AI technologies and modern software products.
Intermediate (B1+) English or higher.
Technical understanding
You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing technical topics with the development team.
Experience with or understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI infrastructure
- SaaS architecture
- Usage-based billing (Stripe or similar)
- Git Flow
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Nice to have
- Experience working in startups.
- Experience with AI products.
- Understanding of API-first products.
- Familiarity with Plane.
Experience working with cross-functional product teams.
