Senior Team Lead of Sales

Laflei / RentLuxeCar is an international premium & luxury car rental company providing high-end services to clients across Europe.

We are looking for a strong Head of Sales / Senior Team Lead who can lead the sales direction, scale revenue, improve team performance, and maintain an exceptional premium-level customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team (SDRs + Sales Managers)
• Monitor and improve key sales performance metrics
• Drive revenue, margin, and average order value growth
• Optimize sales processes and lead distribution
• Build and manage an effective KPI system for the team
• Handle VIP clients and complex cases
• Coordinate with logistics, partners, and suppliers
• Ensure premium service quality at every stage of the client journey

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience managing teams of 5+ people
• Has a proven track record in high-ticket sales
• Has experience in international sales
• Knows how to build and improve business processes
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
