Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and resilient Account Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. This role involves managing a portfolio of 1โ5 clients simultaneously, including potentially demanding and high-maintenance accounts that require excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with 1โ5 clients on an ongoing basis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented support.
- Handle complex situations, align expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts and ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or another client-facing role.
- Fluent to near-native English proficiency with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Israeli clients, the Israeli market, or Israeli businesses is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of Israeli business culture, communication style, and pace of work is highly valued.
- Ability to manage demanding clients while maintaining productive and positive relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results without close supervision or micromanagement.
