Who we're after
Someone with fire in their eyes. Not the "just tell me what to do" type โ we want someone who shows up with ideas, tests them, and pushes for more. If you'd rather wait for a brief than write one, this probably isn't your gig.
What you'll actually be doing
- Coming up with lead-gen hypotheses and testing them out โ working closely with the CEO and leadgen
- Hunting down and talking to potential partners
- Reaching out to and closing clients across different industries
- Building your own playbook instead of running someone else's script
What we need from you
- Real sales experience (doesn't have to be years and years, just real)
- You actually get IT โ how dev works, what "process," "system," and "integration" mean in practice. You need to talk to clients like you know what they're building
- Proactive by nature โ bring ideas, take initiative, be okay with some of them not working
