Requirements:

— 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
— Experience working with product, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, crypto, or other content-heavy websites.
— Experience with websites containing many pages, templates, categories, filters, or regularly updated content.
— Ability to work with development teams and create clear technical tasks/specifications for implementation.
— Ability to conduct technical SEO audits with prioritization based on impact, effort, and business value — not just a list of errors.
— Confident user of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, Looker Studio/Data Studio, or similar tools.
— Ability to analyze and solve issues related to indexation, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, canonicalization, structured data, and crawl budget.
— Ability to build SEO hypotheses, run tests, measure results, and adjust strategy based on data.
— Understanding of semantic SEO, topical authority, keyword clustering, and search intent.
— Good written communication skills and ability to explain SEO recommendations clearly to non-SEO stakeholders.
 

Responsibilities:

— Develop, implement, and adjust SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
— Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and translate findings into clear action plans.
— Prepare technical tasks/specifications for developers and validate implementation.
— Work with client sites that include an integrated newsroom/content feed.
— Optimize newsroom SEO: indexation, internal linking, topical coverage, content structure, news/category pages, and content-to-commercial page connections.
— Collect, clean, and cluster semantics, including related topical queries and supporting informational intent.
— Build topical maps and content structures that support product, commercial, and informational pages.
— Conduct competitor analysis, traffic opportunity research, and organic growth forecasting.
— Monitor organic performance using GSC, GA4, rank tracking, crawling tools, and dashboards.
— Work with Entity SEO, structured data, E-E-A-T signals, and AI visibility/LLM search visibility.
— Identify SEO growth hypotheses, run experiments, and report on outcomes.
— Prioritize SEO recommendations based on potential impact, implementation effort, and business goals.

Would be a plus

— Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, iGaming, or other YMYL/compliance-sensitive niches.
— Experience with websites containing thousands of pages or programmatic/content-template-based structures.
— Experience working with E-E-A-T, trust signals, author pages, editorial policies, and compliance-sensitive content.
— Experience with Google Discover, Google News, Top Stories, RSS feeds, or news sitemap optimization.
— Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how front-end implementation affects SEO.
— Experience with structured data implementation and validation.
— Experience with multilingual or international SEO.
