Responsibilities:
- Conduct research (market, competitors, and leads)
- Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others)
- Manage CRM (lead tracking, pipeline updates, data entry)
- Build documentation and structured workflows
- Create reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Assist with hiring and candidate screening
- Support and improve Upwork lead generation and bidding processes
- Support founder with daily operational tasks
Requirements:
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- Experience with Upwork (lead generation, bidding, sales, recruiting, or account management)
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Languages:
Intermediate English (B1+) or higher - daily communication will be in English
Would be a plus:
Understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, or freelance marketplaces
