BotsCrew is a service company that helps international businesses design and build custom AI solutions, automation tools, chatbots, and digital products. We work with clients from discovery and strategy through delivery, iteration, and long-term account growth.

Our projects are rarely “one-size-fits-all.” We build custom solutions around each client’s business processes, data, systems, goals, and constraints. That is why we are looking for someone who can combine client ownership, product thinking, business analysis, and commercial awareness.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner / Account Manager to own client accounts after the sale and help turn business needs into successful custom AI solutions.

This is a client-facing role at the intersection of account management, product ownership, business analysis, and solution consulting. You will work closely with clients, founders, delivery teams, engineers, and product managers to understand business goals, define priorities, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for further cooperation.

This role is not a classic SaaS Account Manager position and not a pure Product Owner role. You will need to understand both sides: how to build strong long-term client relationships and how to translate business needs into clear requirements, scope, priorities, and delivery plans.

Requirements:

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following roles:
    • Account Manager in IT services / custom software development
    • Product Owner
    • Business Analyst
    • Solution Consultant
    • Customer Success Manager with strong product or technical involvement
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Experience in a service company, outsourcing/outstaffing, custom software development, digital transformation, AI, automation, or IT consulting is a strong plus.

Skills

  • C1+ English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into product requirements.
  • Strong product thinking: ability to define scope, priorities, outcomes, and success criteria.
  • Commercial awareness: ability to identify account growth opportunities and connect solutions to business value.
  • Ability to work with delivery teams and understand technical constraints at a high level.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and structure unclear client requests.

Mindset

  • You take ownership and do not wait for someone else to define the next step.
  • You are comfortable being responsible for both client relationship quality and product direction.
  • You can balance client expectations, business value, delivery constraints, and company goals.
  • You are curious about AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • You like solving non-standard problems and building custom solutions, not just following a fixed playbook.
     

Responsibilities:

Own the Account

  • Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned client accounts, post-sale, ensuring continuity from discovery through delivery and growth.
  • Build durable, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts up to decision-makers.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities through delivered value and evolving client needs; plan future phases, scope, and budgets together with clients.

Own the Requirements

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand business needs, goals, and constraints.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, prioritized requirements and initiatives that delivery teams can act on.
  • Own the “what” and the “why” of the product throughout the engagement — keeping scope, priorities, and outcomes connected to client value.

Work With Delivery

  • Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and founders to scope solutions and ensure smooth project kick-offs and ongoing alignment.
  • Bridge the client and the delivery team: communicate context in both directions and keep everyone working toward the same outcome.
  • Capture client feedback to inform solution improvements and new offerings.

Shape Solutions & Commercial Proposals

  • Develop proposals, presentations, and ROI-focused recommendations.
  • Tailor solutions for specific industries and client contexts — thinking beyond standard templates to fit each client’s situation.
  • Translate technical possibilities into clear business value for decision-makers.
