Automation Specialist

We are looking for an Automation Specialist to design and implement workflow solutions for commercial projects. You will analyze client business processes, integrate tools, and build automated systems using Low-code and Python to eliminate manual work.

A new team member will be in charge of

• Analyzing clients' business processes, gathering requirements, and proposing automation solutions
• Building and optimizing automation workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, and CogniAgent
• Developing reliable API and webhook-based integrations between CRMs, ERPs, and marketing platforms
• Writing Python scripts for complex custom automation logic when standard low-code features are insufficient
• Working with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, writing SQL queries, and ensuring data synchronization
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and scaling existing automations to ensure stability

Does this relate to you?

• 2+ years of experience in business process automation and workflow design
• Experience with AI-powered automation tools
• Strong expertise with Make, n8n, or Zapier
• Medium Python knowledge for data manipulation and solid SQL skills
• Deep understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and data management principles
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate technical solutions to clients directly
• English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher for direct communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
• Understanding of web technologies and basic ReactJS knowledge
