We are looking for a focused LinkedIn Lead Generation & ABM Specialist to build a steady pipeline of potential clients using LinkedIn, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound lead generation.
This is an execution-focused role centered on prospect research, targeted LinkedIn engagement, automation and CRM management.
โ Key responsibilities:
๐Lead Generation (40%)
- Research ICP companies and build target lists
- Find and validate contacts; segment databases
- Maintain and update CRM with lead statuses and contact details
Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, Clay, and other lead generation platforms
๐ABM Outreach & Engagement (35%)
- Operate an Account-Based Marketing approach: identify target accounts, prepare contact lists, and execute personalized LinkedIn engagement
- Send connection requests, review profiles, engage with prospects through likes, reactions, comments, and other interactions with their content to build trust before sales outreach
- Deliver daily engagement with target accounts and manage multiple ICP segments simultaneously
๐LinkedIn Automation (15%)
- Work with LinkedIn automation platforms, including LinkedIn Helper, Dripify, Expandi, and similar tools
- Set up and launch campaigns, configure sequences, enforce limits, and monitor campaign performance and deliverability
๐CRM & Process Management (10%)
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, support lead status workflows, and ensure data quality
- Prepare basic reports and metrics for the team
โ Required experience and skills:
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold outbound outreach
- Familiarity with ABM methodology and workflows
- Experience with LinkedIn Helper or equivalent automation tools
- Comfortable using AI tools for outreach and research
- English level: A2+ โ sufficient for LinkedIn communication and AI-assisted outbound
โ Will be a plus:
- Experience with Dripify, Expandi, Apollo, and Clay
- Experience with HubSpot
- Background in IT outsourcing or software development markets
โ Key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Number of validated leads added to the pipeline
- Number of target accounts actively managed
- Engagement rate with target accounts
- Number of MQLs / SQLs generated
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data entry
