Email Marketer โ€” Subscription App Growth (Revenue Share)

We're a fast-growing subscription app business active in multiple countries, and we're looking for an experienced email marketer to own and scale our lifecycle email program.

We're seeing 600+ downloads per day and have an email list of 50,000+ subscribers โ€” there's a lot of untapped potential here, and we want someone who can turn it into recurring revenue.

What you'll do

  • Build and optimize automated email flows (welcome, onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, win-back, churn prevention, re-engagement)
  • Design campaigns that drive subscriptions and reduce churn across multiple markets
  • Segment our list and personalize messaging for different countries and user types
  • Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve open rates, click rates, and conversions
  • Manage deliverability and list health

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience setting up email flows specifically for subscription apps
  • A track record of measurable results (conversions, LTV, retention)
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership
  • Strong analytical mindset โ€” you let the numbers guide decisions
  • Experience with multi-country / multi-language sending is a big plus

The deal
This is a revenue-share arrangement, so we're after someone genuinely motivated by upside and willing to grow alongside us. The better the program performs, the better you do.
