Email Marketer โ Subscription App Growth (Revenue Share)
We're a fast-growing subscription app business active in multiple countries, and we're looking for an experienced email marketer to own and scale our lifecycle email program.
We're seeing 600+ downloads per day and have an email list of 50,000+ subscribers โ there's a lot of untapped potential here, and we want someone who can turn it into recurring revenue.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize automated email flows (welcome, onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, win-back, churn prevention, re-engagement)
- Design campaigns that drive subscriptions and reduce churn across multiple markets
- Segment our list and personalize messaging for different countries and user types
- Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve open rates, click rates, and conversions
- Manage deliverability and list health
What we're looking for
- Proven experience setting up email flows specifically for subscription apps
- A track record of measurable results (conversions, LTV, retention)
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership
- Strong analytical mindset โ you let the numbers guide decisions
- Experience with multi-country / multi-language sending is a big plus
The deal
This is a revenue-share arrangement, so we're after someone genuinely motivated by upside and willing to grow alongside us. The better the program performs, the better you do.
