HR Data Analyst AND Administrator (Advanced Excel/BI)

We are looking for a unique professional who combines a systemic understanding of HR processes with a passion for deep data analysis. We have a vast amount of scattered information that needs to be collected, cleaned, structured, and transformed into clear, actionable dashboards for the business. 

The split of tasks in this role is 70% Data Analytics and 30% HR Administration. We are not looking for someone who just knows how to build basic pivot tables. We need a hardcore analyst capable of taming any raw data array. 

Responsibilities

Tech Stack

Deep understanding of data arrays, and complex matrix formulas. 

Mandatory (ETL processes, data cleaning, normalization, and building relationships between tables). 

Creating interactive dashboards for C-level management. 

Key Responsibilities 

Working with databases

Maintaining HR metrics

Administration of the Hurma HR module

Cleaning, normalizing, and preparing raw data arrays for analysis using Power Query. 

Working with large data volumes and building robust data models in Power Pivot. 

Developing, updating, and maintaining automated dashboards in Power BI to reflect real-time team metrics. 

Administration

Maintaining internal HR databases and updating employee statuses. 

Administering operational HR processes (preparing reports, coordinating internal requests). 

Helping to optimize and automate current HR routines (shifting manual processes into digital solutions). 

Requirements:

 2–3+ years of commercial experience as an HR Analyst, People Analyst, Data Analyst, or an HR Administrator with a heavy emphasis on data analytics. 

Expert Excel Proficiency: Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced data array manipulation must be your daily tools, not just keywords in your resume. 

Proven experience building clear, clickable dashboards in Power BI. 

 Solid understanding of basic HR metrics and IT company processes.

 Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail (able to spot an error in 10,000 rows of data), systemic thinking, ability to work independently, and the skill to explain numbers in plain language.
