AI Performance QA Specialist
We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and AI-driven AI Performance & QA Specialist to help us build one of the best AI-powered recruiting platforms on the market.
This is not a traditional QA position.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys challenging AI systems, identifying weaknesses, thinking critically, and continuously improving product quality. You don’t need years of QA experience—we’re happy to consider junior candidates. What matters most is your mindset: you’re proactive, learn quickly, actively use AI tools every day, and enjoy solving problems without waiting for someone to tell you exactly what to do.
Our team works with a high level of trust and ownership. We don’t micromanage people or assign every small task. Instead, we expect everyone to take initiative, think independently, and constantly look for ways to improve both the product and their own workflow.
About the Product
You’ll be working on an AI-powered recruiting platform that helps companies hire faster and make better hiring decisions.
Our platform combines AI resume screening, personalized AI interviews, candidate evaluation, and recruiter workflows into a single product. Instead of replacing recruiters, we help hiring teams evaluate significantly more candidates while maintaining high hiring quality.
Every day our AI analyzes resumes, interviews candidates, generates hiring recommendations, and supports real recruiting teams. Your work will directly influence how accurately, consistently, and intelligently our AI performs across thousands of candidate interactions.
Although you’ll occasionally test new web application features before releases, the majority of your work will focus on evaluating, improving, and validating AI performance.
Responsibilities
* Test AI-powered resume screening across different hiring scenarios.
* Evaluate AI-generated candidate assessments for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
* Test personalized AI interviews and analyze conversation quality.
* Challenge the AI with edge cases, unusual candidate profiles, and complex scenarios.
* Validate prompt updates and measure their impact on AI performance.
* Design realistic testing scenarios based on actual recruiting workflows.
* Identify weaknesses in AI reasoning and suggest improvements.
* Perform exploratory testing of new AI features.
* Test web application functionality before releases.
* Reproduce bugs and provide clear, detailed reports.
* Work closely with developers and product managers to continuously improve AI quality.
* Use AI tools daily to improve your own productivity and testing process.
Requirements
* Good spoken and written English (B2+ or higher).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
* Highly proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
* Curious by nature—you enjoy understanding why something works or doesn’t.
* Active daily user of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar.
* Able to communicate findings clearly and provide actionable feedback.
* Comfortable experimenting with new tools and technologies.
Nice to Have
* Previous QA or software testing experience.
* Experience testing AI or LLM-based applications.
* Understanding of prompt engineering.
* Basic understanding of how modern LLMs work.
* Familiarity with recruiting and hiring processes.
* Experience using ATS platforms or HR technology.
* Experience with Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, Notion, or similar collaboration tools.
We’re Open to Junior Candidates
This role is much more about how you think than how many years of experience you have.
If you’re passionate about AI, constantly experiment with new AI tools, enjoy finding problems, learn quickly, and naturally take ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
We believe curiosity, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills are far more valuable than years of traditional QA experience.
Bonus Points If…
* You regularly test new AI models simply because you’re curious.
* You compare ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and other AI tools to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
* You enjoy asking, “Why did the AI make this decision?” and digging until you find the answer.
* You’ve spent time improving prompts just to achieve better results.
* You understand how recruiters evaluate candidates and have at least a basic understanding of the hiring process.
* You naturally look for ways to improve products instead of simply following checklists.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
