Business Development Manager Offline
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us find new clients, build strong client relationships, drive sales and grow our partner network.

Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+);
- At least 1+ years of experience in IT outstaff / outsource sales;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Structured approach to CRM management;
- Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, attention to details and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Primary:
- Drive sales and manage the client base;
- Communicate with clients, partners, and candidates via Telegram, Linkedin, WhatsApp, Email – quick responses & follow-ups
- Conduct intro calls and briefings: gather key information, validate expectations, and help clients shape their requests;
- Qualifying requests and make a proposal;
- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday);
- Contract stage management and negotiating the terms.
Secondary:
- Prepare for conferences and events, conduct intro calls, and follow up with leads afterward;
- Explore and test new sales channels;
- Other tasks.
Working Conditions

- Paid vacation: 10 working days per year + 2 additional days for each subsequent year worked (up to a maximum of 18 days)
- Paid sick leave: up to 10 working days per year
