Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare)
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a long-term international healthcare project. If you have strong analytical skills, experience working with healthcare software products, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams in an English-speaking environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Create user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze and optimize business processes.
- Support development teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure requirements are testable and validate delivered functionality with QA teams.
- Maintain requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, and release activities.
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience working on healthcare or medical software products.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with BPMN, UML, or similar process modeling tools.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Russian – Fluent
- English – C1 or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or similar healthcare compliance frameworks.
- SQL for data analysis.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Previous experience working with international distributed teams.
