Red Rocket Software is looking for an IT Recruiter who can independently manage vacancies and support the full recruitment cycle.

We are looking for more than just a sourcer. We need someone who understands the entire recruitment process: from vacancy analysis and candidate search to HR interviews, coordination of further stages, and candidate start.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, professional communities, and other channels.
  • Review CVs, profiles, and portfolios.
  • Conduct structured HR interviews.
  • Assess candidates’ experience, motivation, soft skills, expectations, and potential risks.
  • Prepare clear and structured interview feedback.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and test assignments.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates.
  • Keep the applicant database and candidate statuses up to date.
  • Communicate with the Head of HR regarding vacancy progress.
  • Identify recruitment bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions.
  • Work with both internal vacancies and future outstaff requests.

     

Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Experience independently managing vacancies.
  • Hands-on experience with active sourcing.
  • Understanding of IT roles and the candidate market.
  • Ability to conduct structured HR interviews.
  • Ability to assess not only CV relevance, but also motivation, soft skills, and potential risks.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and funnel conversions.
  • Strong attention to deadlines, candidate statuses, and agreements.
  • Proactive and ownership-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with outstaff requests.
  • Experience managing several different vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience closing Middle and Senior IT positions.
  • Knowledge of Boolean Search and alternative sourcing channels.
  • Experience improving recruitment processes, templates, or candidate databases.
