Product manager (Polish market)

We are Parabox, a product company within Checkbox Group. Our POS system is designed for small and micro businesses in retail and services. It is an effective tool for sales automation, inventory management, analytics, and data-driven business decision-making.

We are looking for a Product Manager who can turn customer needs into real value.

Do you have experience with POS systems and a deep understanding of the Polish retail market? We are looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of the product. In this role, you will explore customer needs, validate hypotheses, and build solutions for entrepreneurs in Poland.

What you will do:

• Identify real business pain points and uncover hidden user needs;
• Drive product development with a deep understanding of Polish users' needs and local market specifics;
• Define the product development direction and build a clear release roadmap;
• Make decisions based on data and experiments rather than assumptions;
• Keep the team focused on features that bring the highest business value;
• Own the entire feature lifecycle — from idea generation to post-release performance analysis.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or Retail Tech;
• Experience working with products targeting the Polish market - must have;
• Strong product discovery expertise and experience conducting in-depth market and user research;
• Data-driven mindset, hands-on experience with A/B testing, and proficiency with tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or GA4;
• Experience working with product metrics and understanding their impact on business performance;
• Proven track record of launching new products or successfully scaling existing ones;
• Strategic thinking, autonomy, and strong presentation skills;
• Polish language proficiency at B1 level or higher (must have).
