Our Client is a B2B email deliverability and managed email infrastructure agency, as well as an Apollo Certified Agency Partner. We help companies improve email performance, manage outreach infrastructure, and build scalable outbound systems.
We're looking for a part-time Apollo & Deliverability Support Specialist to work closely with our deliverability team and support clients with day-to-day platform, infrastructure, and troubleshooting needs.
Working Hours
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Availability required Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM US Eastern Time.
- Ability to respond to urgent client issues during core coverage hours.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting clients with Apollo.io setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Assisting with managed email infrastructure and deliverability-related issues.
- Working closely with the Deliverability Lead to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Helping clients troubleshoot and use Senders MCP, a tool that enables outreach directly within Claude.
- Investigating issues, identifying root causes and providing practical solutions.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the support process.
- Learning new tools and workflows as the platform evolves.
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io.
- Experience supporting outbound sales, email infrastructure or deliverability-related workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Organized, responsive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with email deliverability platforms and outbound infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and tools such as Claude.
- Experience in a client support, customer success or technical support role.
- Understanding of outbound sales processes and lead generation workflows.
