We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own acquisition growth across UA, PL, and BR markets — converting traffic into enrolled students and coordinating the team of developers and a designer that makes it happen.
Your qualities and skills that will be valued:
- Conversion Rate Optimization based on data insights: you've run A/B tests to statistical significance and can walk through the hypothesis, the change, and the result.
- Cross-functional collaboration: you've worked in teams that included developers and designers and kept delivery moving across all of them.
- B2C paid channel fluency: you understand how UAMs think and have collaborated closely enough to align landing pages, creatives, and offers to live campaigns.
- Data fluency: you read data in Looker/Tableau, and can build dashboards in Amplitude/Mixpanel and hypothesis-driven decisions are your baseline.
- 2+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a funnel-ownership role at a product IT company
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Your additional advantages:
- Background in EdTech.
- Direct experience running paid acquisition on Google or Meta.
- You've built landing pages or funnels using AI tools — Lovable, Replit, or similar.
- Experience in a sales-led-growth environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Acquisition team — 3 developers and 1 designer — setting priorities and ensuring their output consistently delivers against business goals.
- Owning conversion rates across the full acquisition funnel per market (UA/PL/BR).
- Running weekly CvR and performance analysis and turning it into a prioritised experiment backlog.
- Building and iterating landing pages and funnels, including with AI tools.
- Conducting user interviews and translating insights into testable funnel hypotheses.
- Coordinating cross-team delivery across marketing, sales, and admission.
What your first tasks might look like:
- Run a series of user interviews, collect and synthesise the insights, and ship a landing page built around what you found.
- Coordinate a new course launch across marketing, developers, and designers — and cut the time from kick-off to live.
Your goals for the probation period:
- Analyze existing acquisition funnels, identify the highest-impact improvement areas, and deliver changes with a measurable effect on conversion.
- Run demand testing for new courses and offers: collect data, form hypotheses, and coordinate the launch with adjacent teams.
- Keep the Acquisition team from becoming a blocker — launches should be fast, handoffs clean, and priorities clear to everyone involved.
Your team: Direct report to Roman Apostol, CEO, plus developers and a graphic designer you'll work with daily.
We offer:
- Your voice matters — you won't just follow a plan, you'll help make it.
- A no-bullshit culture with 0% bureaucracy.
- A team that shares knowledge and isn't afraid to make mistakes.
- The top EdTech product in Ukraine.
- Competitive salary, regular reviews, Gig contract collaboration.
- Paid sick leave & 22 working days annual vacation.
- Self-development days for continuous learning.
- Personal crisis leave, arranged individually.
- Financial assistance in a medical emergency or if your home was damaged due to war.
- English courses and learning budget.
- Apple equipment.
- Pet-friendly office in central Kyiv with shelter.
- Company-paid lunches.
- Relocation bonus.
Recruitment process:
- Interview with a recruiter.
- Test assignment.
- Technical interview with the hiring manager.
- Final interview with the CEO.
- Reference check (3 references from previous managers).
- Job Offer.
