Primary responsibilities:
• Manage the web development team and workload allocation
• Define and evolve the team's technical direction
• Evaluate and improve development processes
• Plan and manage web projects end-to-end
• Assign tasks based on developers' capabilities
• Monitor deadlines, quality, and project delivery
• Prepare project status reports and presentations
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on or managerial experience in web development (Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, or WordPress)
• Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Shopify and CRM systems is a plus
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Ability to estimate project scope, effort, timelines, and costs
• Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to make technical decisions and improve development processes
• English B2+
• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
