SEO Team Lead

We are an established international iGaming company with 1,600+ specialists and 10+ large-scale projects across Tier 1–3 markets.

As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our SEO direction together with a specialized SEO partner operating in highly competitive iGaming and casino niches.

This role is for someone who wants to work where SEO directly impacts business growth — not just rankings, but traffic, conversions, and scalable results.
 

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SEO Specialists.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple GEOs.
• Build scalable website structures, semantic clusters, internal linking, and search intent architecture.
• Manage the content pipeline, including content briefs, editorial reviews, AI-assisted workflows, and quality control.
• Scale off-page SEO activities (outreach, paid placements, directories, etc.) while coordinating with the internal Link Building team.
• Conduct advanced technical SEO audits (indexability, Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, log analysis) and collaborate closely with developers.
• Monitor SEO performance, generate hypotheses, run experiments, and roll out improvements based on data.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and new growth opportunities.

• Report key SEO metrics and business impact to senior management.

   

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 4+ years of commercial SEO experience.
• Proven experience in highly competitive niches such as iGaming, Crypto, Dating, Entertainment, or similar industries.
• Previous experience leading SEO teams.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Technical SEO
  • Semantic research
  • Content strategy
  • Content editing and quality assurance
  • AI-assisted content workflows
• Solid background in Link Building, including outreach, paid placements, directories, PBNs, GSA, and related risk management.
• Good technical knowledge of:
  • CMS platforms
  • HTML / CSS
  • JavaScript basics
  • Redirects
  • Canonicals
  • hreflang
  • Core Web Vitals
• Proficiency with:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Ahrefs / Semrush
  • Screaming Frog / Netpeak Spider
  • Looker Studio
• Ability to manage multiple websites with different risk profiles while scaling organic growth.
