QA Automation Engineer / Frontend Monitoring

We are looking for a Middle QA Automation Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to automate frontend user scenarios, monitor critical user journeys, configure Slack notifications, and validate key user flows within an iGaming product.

The primary focus of this role is browser-based end-to-end (E2E) testing, UI automation, synthetic monitoring, validation of critical user journeys, page availability monitoring, frontend error analysis, alert configuration, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Automate user scenarios including:
  • Registration
  • Login
  • Password recovery
  • Page loading and navigation
  • Forms and modal windows
  • Bonus sections
  • Game lobby
  • Game launch
  • Demo and Real mode
  • Balance display
  • Deposit flow
  • UI-level payment journey
  • Pending, Success, and Failed payment status validation
  • Error message verification
• Configure scheduled automated checks and post-deployment smoke tests.
• Monitor critical pages and user journeys.
• Detect and report:
  • UI failures
  • Broken user flows
  • Form issues
  • Page availability problems
  • Game launch failures
• Configure and maintain Slack notifications for monitoring alerts.
• Capture screenshots and videos for failed test executions.
• Work with test accounts and test payment scenarios.

Tech Stack

• Playwright or Cypress
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Allure Report (or equivalent reporting tools)
• Browser Developer Tools
• Screenshots and video recording on test failures

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in QA Automation.
• Strong experience writing E2E automated tests.
• Frontend/UI testing experience.
• Solid understanding of:
  • DOM
  • CSS/XPath selectors
  • Browser events
  • Cookies
  • localStorage / sessionStorage
  • Browser Console errors
  • Network tab analysis
• Experience creating reliable locators and maintaining stable test suites.
• Ability to troubleshoot flaky tests and manage test data effectively.

Payment Flow Validation

Candidates should be able to validate the frontend payment journey, including:

• Navigating to the deposit page
• Selecting a payment method
• Completing payment forms
• Handling redirects and payment iframes
• Verifying payment statuses
• Returning users to the website
• Validating UI balance updates
• Confirming proper error handling and messaging

Experience with casino or sports betting products is a strong advantage.
