Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer who will take creative ownership, set the design vision, and deliver outstanding user experiences for innovative products. This is your chance to work on diverse, high-profile projects and influence design culture within a growing, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive web and mobile products from concept to delivery
• Transform business requirements into user-centered experiences
• Conduct UX research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Create high-quality UI following modern design principles and scalable design systems
• Build and maintain reusable Figma component libraries and design systems
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Present design decisions to clients and stakeholders
• Review implemented designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution
• Contribute to improving internal design standards and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile products
• Expert knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems)
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, marketplaces, AI products, or e-commerce solutions
• Ability to solve complex product problems rather than simply creating attractive interfaces
• Strong English communication skills (B2+)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an agency or startup environment
• Understanding of front-end technologies and developer handoff
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Experience conducting usability testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• AI-assisted design workflow experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, etc.)
