Technical Support Engineer (iGaming Provider)

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, integrations, or game integrations within the iGaming industry;
- Experience working on the provider side and communicating with operators, aggregators, or gaming platforms;
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, integration flows, logs, network basics, and troubleshooting;
- Experience supporting integrations from technical setup through successful go-live;
- Understanding of game lifecycle, transactions, game rounds, and game logic;
- Ability to investigate issues independently and identify root causes;
- Experience working with Jira, Postman, admin panels, reporting tools, or similar systems;
- Ability to read technical documentation and collaborate closely with developers;
- English level B2+.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to partners during integration and post-launch;
- Troubleshoot integration issues and investigate technical incidents;
- Work closely with operators, aggregators, and internal development teams;
- Support new game launches and ensure stable production releases;
- Analyze logs, API responses, and integration behaviour to identify problems;
- Coordinate technical communication with partners until issues are resolved;
Maintain integration documentation and share technical knowledge internally.
