Remote | Affiliate Support Team Lead
Our client is an international product company in the iGaming industry that is actively growing and expanding its affiliate department.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and develop the Affiliate Support team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and employee growth;
β’ Organize and optimize partner support processes and collaboration with Affiliate Managers;
β’ Oversee the onboarding of new partners, tracking setup, affiliate links, postbacks, and partner accounts;
β’ Ensure a high level of service and timely resolution of partner inquiries;
β’ Monitor traffic quality, statistics accuracy, deposits, and conversions;
β’ Identify anomalies and suspicious activity, coordinating with Antifraud and Compliance teams;
β’ Collaborate with technical, finance, and legal teams on partner-related matters and integrations;
β’ Develop, implement, and maintain internal guidelines, procedures, and support standards;
β’ Analyze support process efficiency, prepare reports, and implement improvements;
β’ Monitor SLA compliance, KPI achievement, and service quality standards;
β’ Participate in process automation and scaling of affiliate operations.
Requirements:
β’ 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Support, Affiliate Management, or Affiliate Operations;
β’ Previous team management experience will be considered an advantage;
β’ Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid;
β’ Experience with tracking systems, affiliate platforms, and postback configurations;
β’ Ability to analyze traffic, conversion rates, statistics, and key performance metrics;
β’ Understanding of fraud prevention and traffic quality control principles;
β’ Experience collaborating with technical, finance, and legal teams;
β’ Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets;
β’ Strong organizational and communication skills;
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
β’ English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience in iGaming or Betting industries;
β’ Experience implementing SLA, KPI, and operational procedures;
β’ Experience with process automation and CRM systems;
β’ Experience in employee onboarding, training, and development.
