We are actively building a large portfolio of iGaming brands and preparing for a series of launches. This role is the very first within the company's recruitment function. The person who joins us will establish processes from scratch and directly impact how and whom we hire.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Recruiter who can independently fill vacancies for our iGaming business line: Online Casino, Affiliate, Media Buying, Product, Operations, CRM/Retention, Analytics, and Support roles.

We need someone who doesn't just "manage recruitment" but genuinely knows how to source top talent, pitch the opportunity, move the process along quickly, and close challenging positions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment: From taking the job brief to the offer stage and onboarding.
  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, Djinni, job boards, referrals, and specialized iGaming/affiliate communities.
  • Closing Senior/Middle+ roles in the following areas: iGaming / Online Casino, Affiliate / Media Buying, Product / Casino Operations, CRM / Retention / VIP, Analytics / BI / Data, Payments / Risk / Fraud, and Support / Operations.
  • Developing a custom sourcing strategy for each vacancy.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate motivation.
  • Guiding candidates through the funnel, managing follow-ups, and ensuring the speed and quality of the process.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers: Refining profiles, calibrating candidates, gathering feedback, and adjusting the search strategy.
  • Preparing job offers and participating in negotiations with candidates.
  • Maintaining the ATS and vacancy reporting.
  • Recruitment analytics: Tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates, time-to-fill, candidate sources, and reasons for rejection.

     

Work Context

You will handle up to 5 active vacancies concurrently. The recruiter interacts directly with hiring managers for each role. The team also includes a People Operations Manager who handles pre-boarding and onboarding—she steps in once the offer is accepted and takes over the candidate journey. We currently use PeopleForce (for People Ops), with the option to integrate a dedicated recruitment tool.

 

What is Important (Requirements)

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of closing Senior / Middle+ vacancies.
  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, gambling, betting, fintech, crypto, or high-risk verticals.
  • Ability to build a search strategy independently rather than relying on inbound applications.
  • Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Boolean, Telegram, GitHub/niche sources, and communities.
  • Clear understanding of the differences between roles in the online casino business.
  • Ability to engage with passive candidates who are not actively looking for a job.
  • Strong communication skills, structured approach, and high speed of execution.
  • English level: Intermediate+ or higher.

     

Nice to Have (Pluses)

  • Understanding of affiliate / media buying teams.
  • An existing talent pool/database of candidates in iGaming / gambling / affiliate marketing.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Experience hiring for new GEOs or launching new brands.
  • Experience in executive search / headhunting.
