You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate operational workflows, analyzing staffing and session data, and helping improve process efficiency across the organization.

  • Analyze and maintain data related to notary staffing and operations.
  • Search for, verify, and organize information from various sources.
  • Review notary profiles and validate their accuracy.
  • Create and manage shift schedules for notary team members.
  • Monitor and analyze notary session logs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and data quality.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good research skills and ability to verify and structure large volumes of information.
  • Confident user of spreadsheets and operational dashboards.
  • Customer Support experience will be a plus.
