Youβll play a key role in ensuring accurate operational workflows, analyzing staffing and session data, and helping improve process efficiency across the organization.
π Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain data related to notary staffing and operations.
- Search for, verify, and organize information from various sources.
- Review notary profiles and validate their accuracy.
- Create and manage shift schedules for notary team members.
- Monitor and analyze notary session logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and data quality.
β Required Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good research skills and ability to verify and structure large volumes of information.
- Confident user of spreadsheets and operational dashboards.
- Customer Support experience will be a plus.
