We are looking for an HR Manager to help structure and scale the people function within a growing affiliate business.

 

The primary focus of the role is building a predictable recruitment process and supporting employee lifecycle activities as the team continues to grow. You will work closely with founders, Operations Managers, and Hiring Managers to improve hiring quality, onboarding, and overall people processes.

 

What You'll Do

  • Manage and improve the full recruitment cycle.
  • Build and maintain a structured hiring pipeline and reporting framework.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Introduce scorecards, interview standards, and recruitment best practices.
  • Coordinate offers, onboarding, and probation processes.
  • Support employee adaptation and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain HR documentation and improve internal people processes.
  • Track recruitment and people metrics and provide regular reports to management.

 

First 1–3 Months Goals

  • Standardize the hiring pipeline, candidate stages, and reporting.
  • Implement scorecards and evaluation criteria for key roles.
  • Build talent pipelines for priority positions.
  • Improve offer, onboarding, and probation workflows.
  • Introduce basic HR processes and reporting to support team growth.

     

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition

β€’ Experience hiring for Digital, Affiliate, SEO, Content, Product, Marketing, or Tech roles

β€’ Experience with ATS systems, hiring funnels, scorecards, and onboarding processes

β€’ Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

β€’ Experience working with remote and international teams

 

Nice to Have

β€’ Affiliate Marketing experience

β€’ iGaming background

β€’ Experience building recruitment processes from scratch
