Product Owner

We're looking for a product-minded person - not just a project coordinator - who can truly own client products end-to-end. You'll be responsible for driving multiple products from discovery through delivery and beyond, thinking through strategy, user value, and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple client products across their full lifecycle - from concept and discovery to launch and iteration
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Drive go-to-market thinking: positioning, target audience, launch readiness, adoption
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team
• Track key product metrics and use data to inform decisions
• Continuously improve product processes and delivery quality

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role
• Proven experience owning a product end-to-end, not just managing tasks
• Strong product thinking: user empathy, market awareness, outcome focus
• Experience with go-to-market planning or product launches
• Ability to manage multiple products or workstreams simultaneously
• AI fluency is a must: Claude and Claude Code are part of our daily workflow, and we expect you to be proactive about using AI tools
• Confident communication with both technical teams and non-technical clients
• Strong English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or SaaS products
• Background working in a software agency or product studio
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4) or A/B testing
