Technical Product Manager

We're a software development company working across multiple client products. We're currently exploring the market to connect with strong Technical Product Managers who can bridge the gap between business goals and engineering execution.
 

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specs and user stories
• Work closely with development, design, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog; drive sprint planning and release cycles
• Communicate progress, blockers, and trade-offs to stakeholders and clients
• Identify technical risks early and collaborate with engineers on solutions
• Participate in discovery, scoping, and estimation for new features and projects
   

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Product Manager or Technical PM role in a software company
• Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
• Ability to read and discuss technical documentation, APIs, and architecture
• AI fluency is a must: we actively use Claude, Claude Code, and other AI tools across the team and expect the same from you
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA, business)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma

Nice to have

• Background in software development or a technical degree
• Experience in a product studio or outsource/outstaff company

• Familiarity with AI tools in the product workflow
