QA specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our FB Conversion Team. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in manual testing who is ready to take ownership of product quality and ensure the best possible user experience across our brands.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Marketing teams, testing customer journeys, promotional mechanics, communications, and new product features. Experience in iGaming will be a strong advantage.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Manual QA.
- Previous experience in iGaming, Betting, Casino, or Gambling products.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, bug lifecycle, and QA best practices.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Ability to write clear bug reports and technical documentation.
- Experience working with Jira or similar task-tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing areas.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of our brands across web and mobile platforms.
- Perform daily product testing according to established checklists and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and technical descriptions.
- Verify new features, releases, and improvements before production deployment.
- Test user journeys, bonus mechanics, promotional campaigns, communications, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers, providing detailed feedback and recommendations.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify potential product improvements and quality gaps.
- Review and analyze user sessions using Smartlook and other analytics tools to identify usability issues.
- Monitor and validate content updates across projects.
- Support sprint processes by ensuring timely testing and delivery of assigned tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and testing documentation.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Smartlook, Hotjar, or similar user behavior analytics tools.
- Understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys.
- Experience testing CRM communications, bonus systems, and retention mechanics.
- Basic knowledge of competitor analysis and product benchmarking.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
