Monitoring Specialist

We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist to support the stability and efficiency of our payment operations. You will monitor payment KPIs, analyse data, identify issues, and work closely with merchants, providers, and internal teams to keep transactions running smoothly.

Your daily tasks will include

• Monitoring and identifying transactions using internal dashboards;
• Analysing payment data and identifying operational issues;
• Monitoring and maintaining stable transaction routing;
• Reconciling data across multiple sources;
• Coordinating with merchants, providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.

Professional Skills

• At least 6 months of relevant professional experience;
• Strong computer literacy and confidence working with digital tools;
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher;
• Ability to work with dashboards, metrics, tables, and operational data;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to accuracy;
• Understanding of fintech, online payments, financial services, or transaction flows would be a plus.
