We are looking for an Senior Community Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience launching or developing employee engagement programs, communities, gamification, or internal communications.
- Experience creating video (podcasts, internal media) and written content.
- Experience managing a product, service, or internal initiatives.
- Experience collecting and analyzing user feedback, conducting surveys and research.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, development, communications, HR, etc.).
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to build roadmaps/development plans.
- Ability to work with analytics, metrics, and reporting to support decision-making.
- High level of self-organization and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and business needs.
- English β Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and maintain internal communication formats;
- Develop and manage internal communications channels;
- Write and edit internal articles, announcements, and corporate materials;
- Generate and support internal initiatives;
- Work with presentations, forms, and visual content;
- Communicate with different departments to collect information;
- Prepare reports on internal communication activities.
