Our client is a hospitality procurement platform that simplifies how hotels manage purchasing. Our
Supplier Partnership team connects hotel properties with the suppliers they rely on every day โ€”
and we're growing the team that makes those connections happen.

About the Role
The Supplier Enablement Specialist supports the onboarding of hotel suppliers onto the platform.
You will work closely with the Supplier Partnership team to complete internal project
tasks throughout the supplier onboarding process โ€” from initial research and outreach through
credential validation and client's store setup. This is a detail-oriented, high-volume role that
requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously.

Key Requirements:
๐Ÿ”น Strong computer proficiency โ€” you will be working across multiple web-based platforms and systems simultaneously; tech-savviness is essential;
๐Ÿ”น Comfortable and confident making outbound phone calls and speaking with supplier representatives professionally;
๐Ÿ”น Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of tasks and track progress without losing details;
๐Ÿ”น Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment;
๐Ÿ”น English โ€“ Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:
๐Ÿ”น Experience in onboarding, operations, customer support, or administrative roles;
๐Ÿ”น Comfortable using business software and learning new tools;
๐Ÿ”น Experience working with spreadsheets, data entry, or record keeping;
๐Ÿ”น Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
๐Ÿ”น Comfortable communicating with external partners by phone and email;

What you will do:
๐Ÿ”น Supplier Engagement โ€” Communicate with suppliers via phone and email to gather information required to support onboarding and platform participation;
๐Ÿ”น Information Verification โ€” Review and validate supplier-provided information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for operational use;
๐Ÿ”น Onboarding Coordination โ€” Support supplier onboarding activities by managing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and helping drive timely completion of deliverables;
๐Ÿ”น Research & Documentation โ€” Collect, organize, and maintain supplier-related information and business documentation within internal systems;
๐Ÿ”น Data Management โ€” Accurately enter, update, and maintain supplier records while ensuring high standards of data quality and consistency;
๐Ÿ”น Cross-Functional Support โ€” Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues address information gaps, and support successful supplier activation;
๐Ÿ”น Follow-Up Management โ€” Proactively manage ongoing communications with suppliers to obtain required information, remove blockers, and maintain project momentum;
๐Ÿ”น Process Adherence โ€” Execute established onboarding and operational procedures while maintaining detailed records and documentation;
