Junior Marketing Specialist

🇨🇦 Easy Renovation (https://easyrenovation.ca/) specializes in high-quality interior renovations across the GTA and surrounding areas. As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives and talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & SEO

• Write SEO-optimized blog posts and website content using AI tools and keyword strategies.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Conduct backlink outreach to industry blogs, directories, and media platforms.
• Track outreach efforts and monitor link quality and performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support local SEO initiatives and online visibility efforts.

Recruitment Support

• Assist with posting and managing job advertisements on Indeed and other hiring platforms.
• Review incoming applications and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.

• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or Search Console.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, ATS platforms, and basic CMS systems such as WordPress.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sourcing or recruitment experience.
