Account Manager Mena

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to work closely with partners and agents. This role is not just about responding to messages — the main goal is to onboard new partners, develop long-term relationships, increase partner performance, and help grow their turnover.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming partner inquiries and onboard new partners
• Manage partners throughout the entire cooperation lifecycle
• Develop and grow partner accounts to improve performance and results
• Analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities
• Consult, support, and educate partners on company products and processes
• Proactively resolve partner issues and non-standard situations
• Maintain reports and monitor key performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner results and overall performance

Requirements

• Experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Customer Success, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data and work with Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, analytics)
• English proficiency (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage but not mandatory
• Additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing partner relationships independently
• Experience in Gambling, Betting, or iGaming is a plus

• Experience in the Gambling, Betting, or iGaming industry
• Experience working with affiliates, agents, or partner networks
