Solution Architect (Azure / .NET)

Role overview

We’re looking for a Junior–Mid Solution Architect to join our New Backoffice platform team. You will help translate business needs into practical, secure, and scalable solutions on Azure using .NET, working closely with engineering, product, and operations.
 

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for backoffice modules (services, integrations, data, security).
• Produce and maintain lightweight architecture artifacts (C4 diagrams, ADRs, HLD/LLD outlines, sequence diagrams, NFRs).
• Define and review REST APIs (contracts/DTOs, error model, pagination/filtering, compatibility).
• Support data design on MS SQL Server (schema, migrations, indexing, query performance basics).
• Contribute to cloud/runtime decisions on Azure (e.g., App Service/Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, API Management).
• Participate in design/architecture reviews, incident learnings, and reliability/performance improvements.
   

Requirements (Must have)

• 5+ years building backend systems with .NET (C#).
• Hands-on experience with Azure and core cloud concepts.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and integration patterns.
• Solid MS SQL Server skills: schema design, indexes/transactions, basic query tuning, migrations (e.g., EF Migrations/DbUp).
• Security basics: JWT and OAuth2/OIDC at integration/usage level.
• Ability to document decisions clearly and communicate with multiple teams.
   

Nice to have

• Event-driven patterns and Azure messaging (Service Bus/Event Grid).
• Containers (Docker) and AKS/Kubernetes understanding.
• Observability (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry).
• AI/Automation: LLM/AI integration experience; understanding of RAG/embeddings/prompting/guardrails; exposure to Azure AI/Azure OpenAI and common constraints (cost/latency/rate limits/privacy).
