The company is seeking a talented and experienced Paid Social Graphic Designer to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging static and motion graphics that drive results across various social media platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visually compelling static and motion graphics for paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate closely with the media buying and creative strategy teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and performance goals.
- Translate marketing briefs and creative concepts into effective visual designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign strategies.
- Design a variety of ad formats, including image ads, carousel ads, video ads, and animated GIFs.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and ad placements, adhering to technical specifications and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Iterate on designs based on performance data, A/B test results, and feedback to continuously improve ad creative performance.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing paid social media ad creative.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and how design impacts campaign effectiveness.
- Experience designing for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their specific requirements.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create engaging motion graphics and edit short-form video content for social media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and receive feedback constructively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
