Recruiter

We are an international iGaming ecosystem operating licensed B2C brands across LATAM, Africa, Europe, and the Crypto space.

With 2,000+ professionals worldwide, we manage the entire product lifecycle in-house — from platform development and payments to acquisition, retention, BI, and operations.

As part of our ecosystem, one of our business partners is currently looking for a Recruiter to support the growth of their affiliate business and help build a scalable recruitment function.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving hiring processes, and partnering closely with business leaders in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles

• Build and maintain a structured hiring pipeline

• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and hiring operations

• Track recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and hiring velocity

• Support the growth of international remote teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition

• Experience hiring for Digital, Affiliate, SEO, Content, Product, Marketing, or Tech roles

• Experience with ATS systems, hiring funnels, scorecards, and onboarding processes

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with remote and international teams

Nice to Have

• Affiliate Marketing experience

• iGaming background

• Experience building recruitment processes from scratch
