ABOUT THE ROLE

Your key task is to provide infrastructure for fast site launches without losing control over domains, accesses, and payments. Your business expertise will ensure that domain and hosting infrastructure directly supports launch speed while managing SEO risks.
 

PROBATION PERIOD GOALS 

• During the first 2 weeks, build a register of domains, accounts, hosting, registrars, accesses and renewal dates

• Prepare the process for buying/checking aged drops and launching .eu.com slots

• Prevent critical overdue payments, DNS, SSL, hosting and access issues

• Give SEO/dev a clear status for every domain: ready, in progress, blocker or risk
 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Buy, check and account for domains • Manage DNS, SSL, hosting, Cloudflare, registrars, accesses and billing 
• Support site launches and technical checklists 
• Control renewals, ownership, blocking risks and access loss risks 
• Maintain the infrastructure operations register

REQUIREMENTS 

• 1+ year of experience with domains, registrars, DNS, hosting/Cloudflare 
• Understanding of aged domains/drops and basic SEO risks of domain history 
• Accuracy with accesses, payments and spreadsheets 
• Basic understanding of WordPress/hosting/deployment processes 
• Functional knowledge of domain history checks, access management and infrastructure sheets 
• Communication skills for clear status tracking, accuracy and fast escalation of risks
