Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, media buying, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing a team of 3+ people, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and team development.
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels, including Telegram, media buying, native advertising, influencer marketing, partnerships, and special projects.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics, including CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate (CR), and ROI.
  • Solid understanding of unit economics, including CAC, LTV, and channel payback periods.
  • Experience in media planning and budget allocation across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, Bitly, Similarweb, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including PR, SMM, Digital Marketing, Content, Design, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to align marketing and revenue goals.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, or other high-risk industry verticals.

 

Will be plus

  • Proven experience building and/or scaling a performance marketing team from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience working with Telegram media channels and Telegram Ads, with Telegram as a primary acquisition channel.
  • Established network of media, channel, and affiliate partner contacts.
  • Experience launching and managing special projects, sponsorships, and native advertising integrations.
  • Experience implementing and managing OKR and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience automating reporting processes and operational workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers within the high-risk, and fintech sectors.


Responsibilities

  • Developing a performance strategy for all business units.
  • Creating and maintaining a channel catalog (channels, platforms, conditions, performance).
  • Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans.
  • Allocating budgets between channels and business units.
  • Monitoring performance: CPL, CPA, ROI, CR, etc.
  • Optimizing costs and improving channel efficiency.
  • Setting up a transparent planning and reporting system + setting up KPIs and OKRs.
  • Building and prioritizing hypotheses, A/B testing.
  • Building and developing a channel analytics system.
  • Working with end-to-end analytics (channel โ†’ lead โ†’ conversion).
  • Preparing regular reports (monthly/quarterly).
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with influencers and media outlets, negotiating improved terms, launching special projects and native integrations.
  • Building and developing a performance team: recruiting, onboarding, team development, monitoring workload and performance.
  • Optimization of internal team processes (media plans, reports, campaign launches).
  • Task setting, monitoring of completion and deadlines.
  • Cross-team collaboration with clients: marketing manager, business team, and resource teams: design, content, production, etc.
