We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Developer to join our engineering team and lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications.

Location: Remote / Hybrid Level: Senior / Tech Lead

About the Role

As a Tech Lead, you will combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team of developers, make key architectural decisions, and deliver robust, maintainable products. You will be responsible for both hands-on coding and mentoring the team while ensuring high code quality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers
• Design and implement scalable architecture for web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern technologies
• Drive technical decisions and define best practices for the team
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Mentor developers and support their professional growth

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of Node.js (backend) and React (frontend)
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer leading small to medium teams
• Solid understanding of modern frontend and backend architecture patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database design, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical trade-off decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: Node.js
• Other tools: Git, Docker, AWS / Cloud services (a plus)
