We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Existing Clients) who wants to act as a true partner for clients, coordinate international shipments, and influence both service quality and business growth.

Your area of impact
- build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service at all stages of delivery
- manage international shipments from China and Europe, proposing the most efficient solutions for clients’ businesses
- coordinate all steps of the full-cycle delivery process (collaborating with logistics, brokers, finance, and other stakeholders)
- track shipment statuses, resolve issues оперативно, and keep clients informed at every step
- manage client projects in CRM and oversee financial settlements
To succeed at Done, you will need
- willingness to develop in the area of international trade documentation, transportation types, and customs clearance procedures
- experience with 1C, CRM systems, and MS Office
- ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service
- strong attention to detail, discipline, and a systematic approach to work
- proactivity, ambition, and readiness to take ownership of results
- ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
