Support/Billing Manager
We are looking for a self-motivated Medical Billing Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This position is perfect for someone without prior experience who is eager to learn and grow in this field.
What will you be doing?
- Working with documentation and patient information;
- Interacting with US insurance companies and healthcare facilities;
- Verifying insurance coverage/benefits details;
- Managing administrative and financial processes for patients;
- Working with internal systems and databases;
- Handling phone and written communication in English;
- Collaborating with US clients and colleagues to resolve ongoing issues.

Work Schedule 🕑 14:00 — 23:00 (The schedule is aligned with cooperation with US-based clients).
Team: Head of Medbilling department, Supervisors, CEO, the HR team, and 50+ Medical Billing specialists.
Hiring process: PI Cognitive Assessment + HR interview + interview with the Head of the Medbilling department.
